If your order qualifies for free ground shipping, but it contains items that are on backorder or out of stock, we will ship those items to you when they become available and apply free ground shipping to both parts of your order.

Shipping & Handling
Fast and reliable shipping requires all documentation be accurately filled out. Please ensure that the address used for delivery of shipments is a correct street address and has the proper postal zone. Post Office Box addresses are not appropriate. If the delivery address is a residence, please check the residential address box. Phone numbers are required to enable the shipper to contact you in case of delivery problems.
Multiple attempts to deliver packages because of an inadequate address, or nobody being present to sign the "proof of delivery" (POD), may result in additional cost to you.
Be careful when placing orders around holiday periods when your shipping and receiving departments may be closed. After several attempts at delivery the shipper will return the package to Lindsey Coffee Company at an additional cost.
If there are special arrangements for receiving over a holiday period, enter that information in the special instructions box. It may be prudent to delay placing an order, until you are sure there will be no conflict between delivery schedules and office closings.

Ordering Online
Lindsey Coffee Company ships only to customers in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship outside of the contiguous U.S.. We also cannot currently accept international credit card orders.
When to Expect Your Order
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but in some cases it can take up to 48 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to let you know the expected shipping date.
Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment you choose and your location. Shipping costs vary depending on the total value of your order, shipping method selected, and your location.
When you check out, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you may upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight service). If you upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 1:00 pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

To ensure customer satisfaction and provide prompt delivery, Lindsey Coffee Company uses FedEx® for all deliveries. If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
Tracking your order is fast and simple. For your FedEx orders go to the FedEx website at http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us then enter your tracking number (sent to you in a separate e-mail) in the track box provided and click on Track it.

FedEx Overnight
FedEx Overnight features fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments.
- Guaranteed delivery by 10:30am., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location.
- Delivery by noon or 1:30pm on Saturday.
- Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit.
- Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.
FedEx 2 Day Air
Use FedEx Two Day Air as an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.
- Guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day.
- Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed.
- Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days

Changing Your Order
Lindsey Coffee Company will try our best to accommodate any order changes as quickly as possible.

Time is very important when it comes to changing or canceling any order. Please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 345-1984. You may request order change by email, BUT we discourage emailing because we may not receive or read your email early enough before we have processed or shipped your order.
If your order has been charged (credit card charge), it is important that you call to change your order within 1 - 2 hours. Once we have submitted our credit charges batch usually 2 or 3 times daily, we can no longer void a credit card charge. The only way is to credit back the charge which would cost us the bank transaction fee + 2 - 3% when charging and crediting back. If the change of the order was not caused by Lindsey Coffee Company's error, we would only credit the charge minus 6 percent cancellation fee.
If your order has been printed in the warehouse or pulled, it is very difficult to find your order after it has been printed. We can not change your order unless we find your PRINTED order and stop its process. Since it is very difficult and time consuming to find any order after it has been printed, we reserve the right not to honor order changes after it has been printed unless it is an emergency.
If your order has been shipped (has tracking number) we can no longer cancel your order. |
