Ti Kuan Yin China Oolong - Produced in the Fukien province, the rough translation of this tea, Ti Kwan Tin, means Iron Goddess of Mercy. These tightly twisted leaves produce a heavier, fuller bodied tea than those from Fomosa. This tea produces an aromatic brownish/orange liquor with a clean lasting aftertaste.
